A young ADP Officer, who despite doing his job well seems to rebel against uniform regulations. Kou Chun's hair is longer than it should be and he nearly always has a few days growth of fresh stubble marking his face.
His only noteworthy injury is a small scar above his left eye that cuts into the eyebrow. It is assumed this was gained while taking down Boomer-related threats, but it has yet to be addressed - all we know is that he is "the proud owner of all his original limbs"
Kou Chun wears his uniform sleeves down rather than rolled up muchlike the older ADP officers used to without any real reason. Perhaps he gets cold being the team's heavy fire support, as he guards the team's only Gerlitch rifle.
