I don't have pictures of the freak potato or chicken watch to show you, but hey, Today was my first day in College learning Professional Cookery.
Alright, it was induction day so I didn't really LEARN anything, but it's weird to be back in an educational environment. My class will be 15 people, the majority of which have previous experience in some form of cooking.
I have... cooked rice for Kirsty. Not much experience, but i'm proud with what I can do.
Looking forward to it. It's only one day a week, and it's got a lovely scenic walk home around a pond infested with geese down a street strewn with goose shit. It goes down towards Cadbury World, and I then cut through their grounds to get to the train station to get lazily home.

I could actually choose to walk along the canal right next to the train station, it'd take about as long as it would to walk home anyway, only the canal route comes out at the bottom of the road I live on. And it's free.
It's totally not the route I was told to take to get there, but I kind of feel like it's shorter. The college is 3 miles away - the distance of my home in Grays to Lakeside shopping center, and it used to take well over an hour.
Today I got home in 50 minutes including a detour into Cadbury World to buy a wispa gold and some truffles for Sammich <3
Here's to the future, and to the Cow-print chef's trousers Sammich is currently making for me.
